Positive: Staff were very helpful. Covered and secure car park available (extra but worth it). Location - very easy to walk into the centre. Kitchenette in the room - great to have this facility. Great value for money.

Negative: We reserved a larger room with a terrace, but it smelt of smoke and the aircon was not working we. We were moved to a smaller but more acceptable room.

Positive: Front staff were helpful and breakfast was good.
Negative: We were asked to clean the kitchen if we used it, however, we were not provided with any cleaning cloths or products had we used the kitchen so not sure how cleaning the kitchen could be accomplished. Our room was the handicap room which we did not request and the shower did not work very well.
Summary: Overall our stay was satisfactory.

Positive: Clean and safe. Helpful staff at reception.
Negative: Air-con didn't work so had to change 3 rooms in the 15 min of arrival! With that 3rd room (with air-con), it went well until 1 am and air-con just shut itself down till the time we checked out. Called for help and told to stay put as they're fixing it but not successful. Very difficult to get a good sleep....
