Positive: The location is excellent — with the windows closed, you can’t hear the road nearby at all. The building is new, with high-quality finishes, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. The views are stunning from the top floor. Our apartment was on the top floor and combined two separate units, as we had booked the two-bedroom option. Essentially, it was a one-bedroom apartment plus a one-bedroom with en-suite, which worked perfectly for us 4. Kitchen full equipped except for a toaster and a washing machine. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even allowing us to check in early.
Negative: We were unable to use the AC unit in the bedroom of apartment 4 due to a strong smell of smoke coming from it. The towels were damp when we arrived, left folded on the bed, and the overall cleaning could have been better — we found a used soap bar in the shower from a previous guest, as well as two dark hairs on the sheets (we’re both blonde). We also missed having a washing machine, which would have been very useful during our stay. The host is aware of these issues, and I hope steps will be taken to address them. Another point we didn’t appreciate was having to pay the city tax directly to the property rather than through booking.com, along with a €2 charge for issuing an invoice, which I find unreasonable. Finally, the private parking costs €5/day, which I feel is overpriced, but the alternative is leaving the car in the middle of the road (not a proper street), which is neither convenient nor clearly legal.
