Positive: Overall, it's a wonderful apartment, I can definitely recommend booking it. I chose this place because it looked renovated in the pictures and I was not disappointed. Any other available location during booking at that price point looked subjectively uncomfortably outdated.

Negative: My biggest issue with the property was the electric management system in place. If you would go over a preset threshold, the electric system would begin to annoyingly "beep". Going over this threshold limit, meant for example starting the kettle or turning on one heating element on the electric stove or over setting the central heating to 25c. I will say it again, you would only need to start the kettle for the electric system "alarm" to react. This is just not cool. My second problem was in the ski-in-ski-out description on the property's booking page, it is not true. The Astra hotel is, but this property is located 10 min away from the hotel, this wasn't abandonedly clear on the booking page. Even so, I would stay again in this apartment - it's just really nice.

Positive: Spacious, equipped OK. Nice view. Ground floor

Negative: A bit far from the center and slopes, smell from the stable probably near by. At some point it was awful but only outside. Bed in the master bedroom was not queen size but 2 beds joined so there was a hall in between. Bad mattresses.

Positive: Location of the apartment/house is by the Carosel 3000 , easy access and bus just outside the house.

Negative: The apartment is very outdated and poorly maintained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable; the mattresses are old and worn out, and the springs can be felt. The pillows were also uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. The bed linen and towels were very old, stained, and some were even sewn, which is unacceptable considering the price we paid. The living room is extremely small, with a sofa that is old, dirty, broken, and unpleasant to use. The dining table is cramped, and the kitchen equipment is outdated — the electric kettle was so old it took a very long time to boil water. The bathroom was one of the biggest issues.You cannot wash properly as no pressure at all to the shower, the water was very hot or very cold,mixer didn't work, difficult if you stay with children. The shower is unbelievably small; anyone with a larger build would struggle to fit. The toilet leaked constantly throughout our stay, which was very inconvenient, especially since towels are not changed during a 7-day stay. As a result, the bathroom floor was always wet, soaking our socks and making it difficult to walk around without getting dirty. There was visible mould in the bathroom, causing a damp smell that was particularly problematic for my asthma, especially in temperatures of -20°C. Additionally, the floors were freezing, so indoor shoes are absolutely necessary. Many cupboards were broken, and we were afraid to use them in case they broke further. For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean, well-maintained apartment with clean floors and fresh towels. Unfortunately, this accommodation did not meet basic standards. We stayed at Casa Elsa and would strongly advise caution when booking. If you are looking for decent accommodation, this apartment is below average and not recommended.

Positive: Spacious appartment, with kitchen and everything provided (except wine glasses and wine opener we were missing). Included parking. The floor heating work quite well.

Negative: We were supposed to throw the garbish but nowhere was written where and we couldn’t find the bins so we had to take the trash to the car and look for it in the city. Curtains were broken.

Positive: I liked the view. The apartment was clean and well managed. Allowed us to check in before our check in time. The checkout was easy we just had to leave the key inside and close the door. The apartment is fine but the staff wasn’t that good.

Negative: They charged us an insurance of 100 euros at the check in. The washroom didn’t have any soap. They wanted us to throw away the garbage in our bins before we left and we didn’t find any place to throw it. I didn’t like the reception because they were not kind enough.

Summary: It’s a not the best, but wasn’t that bad either (i would say it’s 50:50)
