Positive: Fantastic, spacious, traditionally-styled Italian apartment, with absolutely everything you need for a great stay. The view from the balcony is just fabulous. Luciano is a lovely host, and very helpful.
Negative: The only thing was the wi-fi, which kept on dropping out for no reason. In the end we just used our mobile phones. They were also doing some building work next door, which was quite noisy, but hopefully that will be short-lived.
Summary: Absolutely fabulous - we didn't want to leave!

Positive: Large apartment with open garage. No elevator. I had to carry our luggage’s two floors. I got e nice hip pain from that which destroyed my holidays. The second bedroom is very cold. Wi-Fi is not working. 150 euro extra to pay cash for an extra bed for my daughter who arrived out of the initial plan. This is three times more than if I had book through booking com from the start. It’s a clear overcharging. If you put 5 nights in booking com in this apartment the difference between 2 and 3 persons is around 50 euro. He asked me 150 euro.
Negative: Overcharging additional persons, no WiFi, no ventilator in the kitchen, no elevator, the second bedroom is cold, my daughter literally slept with her coat, the mattresses of the beds are very hard, no easy sleeping, no relax.
Summary: Be aware of overcharging additional persons, no Wi-Fi, no elevators.

Positive: This place is marvellous. It is very quiet and relaxing. There is everything one needs: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, private secure parking, fast WiFi. The beach is very nice and just 5-7 mins walk. Train station is close, but it is still very quiet. When you stay here, you get a Trentino card and can travel to Trento or Levico for free. The host, Luciano, is very kind. He gave us two bottles of very nice self-made wine and provided advice about local sights. Definitely, recommend Casa Viviana to everyone.

Positive: Lovely large apartment, very clean and tidy. Well kitted out with washing machine etc, great to use. Nice big balcony to sit out on. Great secure undercover parking for the motorbike. Nice gesture of a bottle of wine from the owner on our arrival. Trentino card provided by the owner allowed free travel on local trains.
Negative: Not really down to the apartment, but there is not much in the village if you want to explore on foot.

Positive: The hosts met us personally, as they live on the ground floor in the same building. I made a mistake in my booking by putting wrong quantity of people, but they fixed this very quickly by offering us a baby bed. They also offered us vine and fruits! The parking place is spacious and safe. The appartement is super clean, cozy and warm. I can definitely recommend to stay there.
Negative: Having a microwave would be great.
Summary: Perfect for a family with three children!

Positive: The storage of our bikes in the garage. The 2 appartment are well equipped and spacious, both with nice balconies. Also use of the garden was very much appreciated.
Negative: Wifi connection; koffee maker was not convenient for 8 persons
