Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location was very convenient. A special thank you to the staff for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Everyone, especially Silvio and Alena were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Positive: The view from the balcony was truly amazing. Apartment was well equipped and the host was reachable, friendly, and had many recommendations and tips for the surrounding area. Bonus was tennis racquets and a football ball in the room.
Negative: The hotel is a bit of a "lost place" and needs renovation, but personally it did not bother us and it depends on the expectations. Value for money on point. Check in process was a bit too long and complicated.

Positive: We truly felt at home in Silvio’s apartment. He was extremely kind and flexible, accommodating changes to our dates, apartment, and arrival time without any hassle. The apartment was spotless, very well heated, and thoughtfully equipped. The large TV, excellent lighting, access to the gym/sports room, and especially the kitchen-which felt just like home with high-quality utensils, knives, and cutlery-made our stay very comfortable. Even the complimentary coffee pods were excellent quality. Waking up early to watch the sunrise over Lake Como was unforgettable. Absolutely beautiful. Silvio was always available on WhatsApp and genuinely cared about our comfort. We will definitely come back, especially in summer. Highly recommended!
Negative: Not much I can think of Maybe the heating system was a bit noisy at times during the night, but it was manageable and didn’t affect our overall comfort.
