Positive: Everything! The location. The peacefulness. The quietness. The kindness of the host. Surreal little corner of paradise at 15-20min from Florence (by car)!
Negative: Nothing. It was perfect for us. But not necessarily for everyone: 1. If you don't have a car it may be a struggle. There's a train station at 10min walking distance...but it's a steep little country road. So. I wouldn't recommend it! 2. The ceiling of the mezzanine bedrooms is quite low: be mindful of your forehead!

Positive: A very nice apartment in a villa near Firenze (15 minutes by car), equipped with everything necessary. You can park the car in the courtyard. Very nice host which lives next door in the same building. If you dont have a car, the villa is on a hill and it can be tricky to get around. All in all, a nice stay.
Negative: A bit of odd smell in the bathroom, but if you keep the window open it will fade away.

Positive: From the time I was in contact with Simone it has been nothing but pleasant! He was very prompt with any questions I had and was so very helpful at all times even when we were at the station and completely confused with which train and I just had to tell him and he got there in no time! What a host 🙏🏾 The place was just perfect even better than in the pictures! He made sure we had all the essentials like water, tea, coffee, sweets, biscuits, toast and fruits! Loved the atmosphere and surroundings and what made it even perfect was the two adorable fur babies! I will definitely go back! Thank you Simone!

Positive: Amazing location, super nice, spacious and clean apartment with everything you could possibly need and much more. Beautiful design, elegant style everywhere, very comfortable beds and an extremely caring and attentive landlord, who made us feel like at home. There is a lot of space for relaxation outside, a beautiful garden and 2 cute puppies. The photos do not convey the reality - everything is much, much nicer and better. In one word - paradise on earth 😊. We will definitely come back.

Positive: Honestly, I don't even know where to start because the apartment exceeded all our expectations. A beautiful house with a view of Tuscany. The owners were extremely kind and proactive, their help surpassed our expectations. Everything was in place, literally everything. We haven't rested so well in a long time. We have visited several places in Italy, but we will definitely return here. And additionally, our stay was made even more pleasant by the wonderful dogs and cats.
