Positive: The breakfast was very nice, fresh & plenty, brought to your door in the morning. The homemade bread was still warm and juice freshly made. Property is situated in a very pretty, quiet little village with ample parking next to the property. Walking routes to the very nearby santuario della Madonna del sasso & other destinations, however you may need a car if you wish to explore around the lake further afield. There is a beach at Pella approx 30to 40 min walk from the apartment with nice little cafe serving drinks,snacks & icecream There is a lovely restaurant nearby to the property with others a little further away which offer tasty food at a reasonable price. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and accommodating & make every effort to make your stay a comfortable memorable experience. The appartement is very well equipped, surprisingly even things you might forget when in haste like tooth brush, nail clippers, etc which we thought was very nice touch.

Positive: The apartment is incredibly large: it feels so spacious thanks to the high ceilings and has a large living room, a balcony with nice mountain views and a really comfortable bed. It was really clean, came fully equipped with drinks in the fridge, some food and even candy, with cooking utensils and anything you would need for a longer stay. There’s a parking lot right opposite the building so that’s perfect too. The hosts Julie and Alexis are so super friendly and kind, they were one of the friendliest hosts in all my travels in recent years and they have a great recommendation book for sights and restaurants as well. I extended my stay here because I liked it so much and I was tempted to stay even longer if I didn’t need to road-trip further. Definitely recommended!
Negative: I guess the only thing is for noise-sensitive people, cars passing in the street honk their horn sometimes during the daytime because of a blind corner. The wooden floors can be a bit creaky but nothing crazy.

Negative: This is being a renovated old house, you will hear things - floor, doors etc. Also neighbors dog, cars etc. Still very charming and the views from the balconies is breathtaking.
