Positive: The room was clean. Instructions to get inside were mostly clear, a kind neighbor helped us get in the building. The owner also responded quickly to help us understand how the key worked. The room layout was nice- it made the room feel larger. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for the coffee and tea supplies. The location was near shops, cafés, bakeries (1-3 blocks), and less than 10 minutes to the beach.
Negative: The town closes early. This is not under the owners control, but our first night we had to plea for ice cream from the only restaurant we found still open. Everyone we met was very nice. If you need to use the sofa bed, it may feel cramped. It was great for two people.

Negative: I didn't know that that the key to the building was an electronic tap device. I would never have gotten in without the help of a friendly resident

Positive: Everything! The communication with the owner was easy and quick via messages. The apartment itself was lovely, a lot of thought gone into the decoration and space. Lovely large comfortable bed, small functional kitchen diner space. St Brevins Town is very nice, lots of bars and restaurants, though many closed at 2pm and didn't open until 7pm. Came here to see the sea serpent and it didn't disappoint. A huge metal sculpture in the sea, more of it appears as the tide goes out, well worth a look. Huge beach area where the dogs can run and run. There's a large supermarket in the town and plenty of out of town shopping. The houses here are quaint ,pretty and some of them stunning, all individual, so just walking about admiring the houses is a pleasure. St Nazaire is a larger version of St Brevins and there are some wonderful monuments and statues there .
