Positive: Located in a lively neighbourhood with lots of bistros, cafes opened until late. In a 3 min walking distance grocery shop with all you need. Good connection to the centre with pink metro line going to Trocadero and further to some historical sights. Friendly staff who was flexible to hand over the keys even late evening.
Negative: The flat was in last floor. We were there when the weather was really hot, so it was stuffy. Also it was a bit run down - you saw that previously someone lived there and some furniture was taken away with holes in the walls after it, some places the floor was badly scratched, but the worst was it was not cleaned before our arrival. The handle of the fridge was stained with some food, the coffee machine full of used capsules. The bathroom would deserve some proper cleaning too.

Positive: I was not met by the host, Benjamin, but by the owner who is a very nice guy. The apartment is located near Chinatown close to the metro and spacious. It is at the rare of the building with a good view and no street noise. Security into the building is very good. There is an spacious elevator to the top floor where the room height is standard. There was a Nespresso type coffee machine that took normal capsules, a state of the art iron, fridge with ice making facilities, and all that you would need for your stay. The area has a bohemian atmosphere with a late night food outlets. (recommend Soho Burger bar for Bubble Tea) Highly recommended and great value for money.
Negative: The bedrooms were clean but the living area is a bit of a dust trap and like other reviews I would recommend a little more attention to its mopping and sweeping. On the last morning of our stay there was no hot water but we had no time to get that fixed as we had to check out with a full schedule plan for the day.

Negative: Beds and linen needs to be improved, looks very used and old, non-hygine. Can be replaced every three months

Positive: Great apartment very close to the metro with lots of space. It was especially airy with a modern design with plenty of windows and high ceilings. Clean and comfortable, and near to restaurants and shops as well, plus walkable to parks and other sights. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, and we had everything we needed for our family trip to Paris!
Negative: The location on the M7 is great, but be aware that it's a long train ride to many tourist attractions, so don't expect to pop in and out during the day.

Negative: Cleaning, a little bit durty. If the cleaner is the man who opens the door , its no wonder that is'nt clean. There should be a real person who takes care of the apartment. Little spoons only 2 pieces?
