Negative: Overall, the apartment was fine, but there were a few drawbacks. It is about a 15-minute walk from the metro station, which might be something to consider for those looking for easier access to public transportation. The toilet paper provided was already halfway used and was not enough for three people. Additionally, there were no drinking glasses—only cups—and only two forks were available. Another aspect to note is the lack of a dining table with chairs inside the apartment, which would have made meals more comfortable, especially on colder days. The only table available was on the small balcony with two chairs, but the low temperature made it difficult to use the outdoor space. Also, one side of the curtain in the kitchen area was detached, which made mornings less comfortable as the sunlight reflected directly on the bed.

Positive: Host is very helping in providing a easy access to the property, proactive and supportive. The clealiness of the property was great, location for my need was great. Bonus point for proximity to a few restaurants near by, including a good japanese restaurant accross the street.

Negative: The only point I can think off is slight noise from the street but this is common and difficult to avoid in Paris and surrounding.

Summary: Very good value for money and easy thanks to a good host.

Positive: The location is really great, it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the number three connects to many central stations. The studio is well equipped, with lots of kitchenware, tv, and a washing machine, and definitely comfortable. The apartment building is quiet, with many families, so a good balance between the hustle and bustle of inner Paris and having a nice place to rest. The landlord is also very nice and welcoming. I would book again!

Negative: The heating was not working when I visited the property, unfortunately this year September in Paris was quite chilly, so I got a cold. I couldn’t rate it higher than I did because I was freezing every night, of the stay, but the apartment is really worth it.

Summary: Well worth the stay!
