Positive: We spend wonderful three nights in this apartment. The location was good. It had a supermarket Marjane in 2-4 minutes walk. The property area felt safe as there were security outside the property. All the historical sites were in 10 minutes taxi drive. The property owner was very kind and helpful. The apartment itself was better than in pictures. I think the photos need updates. Very cozy, felt like home with its own character. My daughter enjoyed nice wooden chess mate. It also had all the facilities needed for comfortable stay, TV (Amazon prime, YouTube, etc.), stable internet, fridge, washing machine, microwave, etc. The paintings and decorations gave the property unique features. Would definitely recommend going there!
Negative: Everything was great, maybe just a minor thing to keep in mind - the apartment uses water heater so if you use hot water frequently it may run out.

Positive: A large, clean, well fitted out place with all the facilities. It felt like home and we could have stayed longer. Good heating, safe building, 3 bedrooms to choose from.
Negative: There's a restaurant around the corner and a cafe - they're good. Have to walk a bit further for more choice, so location is good, not perfect - but the apartment makes up for it.

Positive: The apartment has a lot of space. Everything was very clean. Small things like water bottles, shampoo and others make the difference. The host was very kind answering messages almost imediately. It is well located. 5 or 10 minutes by taxi you can get to the mais turistic points in the city easily. I recommend.
Negative: A little bit cold in the winter but the sheets are very warm and there is also a mobile heater that you can move around the apartment.

Positive: Getting that the property was clean they had water laid out in every room, the fact that you had air-conditioning in every room was a bonus location so you to get something to eat is it just literally 5 to 10 steps away. And the shower was very good which was very important to my trip as I know the water pressure is not great in Morocco
Negative: The place was clean and tidy. There was a balcony and access to the rooftop which is a great experience to relax in the Sun when I just wanted to just sit for a person who is a smoker going to the balcony or going to the rooftop was amazing because you could have your cup of tea and a nice conversation with a slight background noise of the traffic.
Summary: I will be using this place again there is no doubt of that
