Positive: A beautiful and spacious apartment in a great neighborhood in Paris. It's not at the busiest most-touristic area but we still loved the location. In a quiet street, a few minutes walk from a great bakery, several cafes and restaurants, grocery stores. Very close to Rodin museum, parliament house, Les Invalides and more attractions. The apartment is in an old house, it's beautiful and had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, large rooms, comfortable beds. There's no air conditioning and we arrived at a heat wave, Theresa was kind enough to buy and bring us fans for the apartment. We loved the welcoming basket - orange juice, wine, cookies. There're soaps for the dishes, laundry, washing machine and everything, toilet paper, shampoo etc. so really you don't have to bring anything.
Negative: Since it's an old building there is no elevator (need to go up one floor), no air conditioning, and the wood floors are very squeaky. Welcome tour is a little too long.. The hostess Theresa was helpful and kind, and you see that she cares so much about the apartment so she walked us through every small detail which was a little tiring after a long flight.

Positive: The owner was very friendly and communicative. She gave us a tour of the home and clearly explained how everything worked. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and really comfortable. The location was excellent. It was a very safe neighborhood and it was easy to walk or get an uber to most places. The metro was also close by. There was a delicious bakery and an Italian restaurant less than block away - both were outstanding! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Paris!
Negative: This apartment met all of our needs. There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Summary: Beautiful, comfortable, great location! I highly recommend!

Positive: The flat is beautiful and offers plenty of space. I stayed with two sisters and our mother, and it was roomy and comfortable. The location is excellent, near plenty of shops and cafes, as well as the metro and Rodin museum. The letting agent was available by Whatsapp for any questions we had throughout our stay and responded promptly.
Negative: The owner of the flat arranged for two English-speaking agents to be present to explain to me how to use appliances, etc., and hand over the keys. This was very good and appreciated. However the owner remained in the flat for nearly two hours after we checked in (I requested a 2pm check in when I made the booking, which she agreed to). This meant the start of our holiday was much delayed as we waited for her to finish cleaning, collect her things and depart. She also spent a long time re-explaining in French (which I don't speak) what the agents had already explained for me in English. It felt very much like we were displacing her and taking over her space rather than renting our own little home away from home. It was a frustrating and unpleasant start to our stay.

Positive: Amazing Christmas in Paris. It was a clean, quiet, well apportioned Parisian apartment central to so many places. Every room was comfortable, providing the family time to have rest and gather together during our stay. The host was delightful, kinds and super helpful from confirmation until check out.

Positive: The apartment is very spacious, both in terms of bedrooms and living/dining areas. All the beds are super comfortable, and bed and bath linens were plush, crisp, and clean. The entire apartment is very clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet but conveniently located street in my favorite arondissement in Paris, within walking distance to everything I need. Mme. Teresa, the owner, is very accommodating and helpful.
Negative: Filipinos do not travel light, so the one flight of stairs up to carry luggage is not the most convenient. The carpet on those stairs could also use a refresh, but it is not a deal breaker.

Positive: The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect to accommodate our party of 6. The location was perfect - easy to walk to local cafe, restaurant, grocery, pharmacy, as well as the Metro. The English translator and Owner were very responsive and even let us arrive early since the apartment was not rented out the prior day. Fresh flowers were a nice touch.
Negative: The only issue we had was with using our hairdryer/adaptor. The Owner was able to have the power company increase the wattage in the apartment (apparently something that is happening across the city apartments), and we were able to use the hair dryer provided by the Owner. She was very responsive in getting this fixed for us. This hiccup is the only reason I rated this a 9 and not a 10.
Summary: Perfect stay to celebrate a milestone 50th birthday!
