Positive: The studio is nicely designed, and the bed was very comfortable. The large TV is also well positioned and adds to the overall comfort.

Negative: Several issues affected the stay. The check-in instructions were not clear, and it took time to locate both the correct room. The key box is placed on the floor next to the door, requiring you to kneel or lie down to open it, which is impractical and not accessible for elderly guests. The studio is not adequately equipped, even for a short stay. There was only one fork, no basic kitchen items such as salt or pepper, and no proper kitchen knife—only bread knives, which made food preparation difficult. There was also no trash bin, which created inconvenience when disposing of waste. There was no shower curtain. Some of the written instructions in the apartment were unusual and uncomfortable, including a request to remain quiet during “private moments,” which felt inappropriate. The building entrance appears unfinished or not well maintained, with bags and items left around the stair area, giving the impression that the space is still under renovation or not fully prepared for guests. Overall, while the design and bed quality are strong positives, the lack of basic amenities, unclear access, and impractical setup reduce the overall experience.
