Positive: Location and space apartment, its with 2 bedrooms, one without bath and one as mater room. Big hall, you can have parking for your car belong to the apartment, beds are ok comfortable.
Negative: No Ac, one bathroom the fan have issue and other issues so you will need to use the bath room in mater room, furniture very old and most are damaged, in summer this apartment is not suitable for Arab people.
Summary: Good for few days not for long stay

Positive: the location, the charm of the apartment and the faire price. fair cleaning and nice amenities (spa, hammam)
Negative: fact hat the garage can only be used once we got into the apartment and get the key (that I did not find/used) Fact that we cannot use the main entrance door after 8 pm (fortunately my wife was up and got down to open the door for me. Communication can be improved on those 2 points

Positive: Great location and very nice unit.
Negative: The stove top and oven had child safety features that we didn't realized existed. It took us awhile to figure out that the stove top wouldn't work unless there was a pot or skillet placed on the burner. We gave up on how to get the oven to work. They need to add instructions.

Positive: The apartment is really handy for the city centre, with so many restaurants and bars minutes walk away. The apartment is absolutely huge and has a huge amount of wow factor. There's a hamman and a jacuzzi which were really good, there's just about everything you could need for a wonderful stay. It certainly made us feel like we were special. There's secure underground parking which I really appreciated, and theres a lift that takes you straight to the apartment level. Some people commented on reviews about the cleanliness but we didn't find that to be the case.
