Positive: An excellent location for exploring Grenoble, with easy access to shops, restaurants and other amenities The apartment has been very well equipped and decorated. Would be an excellent location for a family group over a longer stay. The host made every effort to welcome and support us.
Negative: This is partly a loft conversion, so some parts of the apartment can feel a bit vertically cramped at first. We quickly got used to this.

Positive: We are just home from a lovely stay in Grenoble. The apartment was really lovely. Beautiful spacious living area with all you need in the kitchen. Spotless bathrooms. Bedrooms were quirky under the eaves. Very central location, walking distance to train/bus station, cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. It was unbelievably quiet once you enter the apartment and feels very safe and secure. Sebastian met us on arrival and departure to sort the keys. He was so lovely and friendly.
Negative: The only thing I feel is relevant is the stairs to the bedrooms. We absolutely loved it but if you have mobility issues or you are nervous of heights/open stairs it might bother you. I have no negatives to be honest, this is just an observation that might be helpful for some. You can see it in the photos to help clarify what I mean. As I said we thought it was really cool!
Summary: Very cool, quiet, spacious apartment close to everything!

Positive: Very modern/comfortable apartment. Clean and spacious, tastefully decorated (and even some baubles on windows/Christmas decos out for our Christmas stay) plenty pots/pans etc for cooking and we appreciated things left, like oil/dishwasher tabs/handsoap. Extremely good location - short walk from la gare routière (tho we could have taken a tram/bus to stop nearby the apartment), a very short walk to shopping area and Christmas market. The apartment is very sound proof and quiet and area felt safe. Sebastien, the owner, was there to welcome us when we arrived and talked us through all we needed to know. He checked up on us via message to ensure all was ok and he was prompt to respond to any queries. An excellent proprietor.
Negative: The hot water ran out for us one evening. I messaged Sebastien (Christmas Eve) and he immediately responded - much appreciated. We were a group of 6 adults and my son likes a long shower! So once that was established, showers were short and there were no further problems. This wasn’t really a negative as such, it is just something to be aware of. Not sure I can think of anything I didn’t like.
Summary: Exceptional property, I’d highly recommend it!

Positive: The apartment is very well decorated and furnished with almost everything you may need for a short stay. The host was at the apartment to welcome and assure us in and very responsive to answer questions. Very centrally located, with supermarkets , restaurants, bars located around the place.

Positive: Everything ! The location, the size, the peacefulness and cleanliness. Everything you could want from a home from home. The location and views were stunning. Lovely heated pool and decked area to relax.
Negative: The spiral staircase was a bit awkward and took a bit of getting used to. Also not a criticism but an observation - a beach parasol would have been handy and access to a paddle board or kayak for the water at the end of the garden would have topped it off.
