Positive: Apartment was clean and well laid out. 3 bedrooms was a plus. The door that separated the main living area from the bedrooms was a plus. Elevator service was good but it was quite small. The apartment was on the top floor and had a slight view of the Eiffel Tower.
Negative: Toaster didn't work, minor issue. The stand up shower backed up and I had to clean the drain myself, major issue. Construction on the exterior blocked our views and access to the terrace. Workers outside the apartment all day making noise. I know this was beyond the owner's control, but it didn't allow us to fully enjoy the apartment or our stay. This should have been disclosed better while booking. 2nd bathroom fixtures were split between 2 rooms which wasn't evident, so when using the toilet you had to go to the other room to wash your hands.

Positive: The apartment is near PSG stadium, 5 min by foot, place in a good area of Paris and  2 min by METRO station. It is exact as in pictures, very clean and nothing is missed. I really high recommend, if I will come to Paris again and I really hope, for sure I will stay again here:). Congrats to the owner for the profesional services that have been provided!10 from 10!
