Positive: We were met by our host Lisa on arrival and given a handover of the property. Nice touches like dishwasher tablets, some coffee pods and stire cupboard basics included to get us started. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The shower was great and lots of white fluffy towels. Beach towels also included. Both beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding. Spacious clean apartment with two balconies for sunbathing,eating and drying clothes outside. Super quiet location. Good air conditioning. Lisa was really helpful and sent us lots of recommendations for shopping and restaurants. You do need a car to stay at this property due to tge steep hillside location. We enjoyed the walk to the sea front/old town but frequently ysed the Uber city bikes which were available just outside the properties main gates to go to tge old town and back. There is a top quality butcher and bakery which dies a daily home cooked meal option ;can recommend both) on the corner next to the residence. Also a small conveniance store. We will return to this property when we are back in Nice.

Positive: Nice view of the sea from the balcony It was modern The tennis court although not in great condition was perfectly useful for fun play and the Host provided 4 racquets and plenty of balls. The racquets could do with new handle wraps but still Ok to use. The availability of a pool was good (qualified below) Just outside the estate there were nice bakery and fruit shops.
Negative: The walk from apartment to estate security gate was very steep and long. Although at time of booking we appreciated the distance from gate to the tram and town centre which was OK, the walk at the end of the day inside the estate gate was a surprise and not welcome. The day before we flew in the host advised that she would only recommend a car. There was no mention on the original advert. On reflection I am not convinced a car would be all good since parking is tough and the train is a great way of travel between Nice, Cannes, Monaco. So the car may have helped remove the hill in the estate but it may create its own issues. The shared swimming pool was a walk away but OK. However there was no furniture to sit on and the pool was not kept clean - more leaves and dirt) Food from prior residents was left in fridge and cupboards. Whilst some may appreciate leftovers others may consider it odd to use opened food. Some was mouldy so would recommend clear out each time. Would expect more tablets for dishwasher and washing machine since if you used the machines you would have to buy new packets which would be over the top. Same applies toilet rolls and kitchen roll. Balcony floors would have benefitted from a sweep prior to start. Obviously we swept it ourselves after.

Positive: Very warm welcome by Sandra. She was always approachable for questions or advice. Excellent instructions were sent beforehand. The appartment was quiet and has two big balconies/terraces with a view to the sea in the distance. This holiday was a real treat.
