Positive: The apartment is exactly as it is called: Modern apartment with refined decor. It is located in a new building, very clean, spacious, and has all the necessary utilities. The location is close to the train station, which makes it very accessible for traveling to other places in Morocco. I appreciated that it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is very convenient for a group of 4 or more people. The host is very friendly and explained everything to us. We highly recommend staying at this location.

Positive: All the creature comforts, the little extras, the bright, clean and beautifully furnished rooms. Loved the proximity to shops and cafes. The Comms from the owner were great, safe property with parking.

Positive: The owner was on top of everything. He was good with communication and giving us instructions on how to get the keys and use the facility. he was good with communication whatever we needed. He was providing it right away. The property was really clean, organized and modern.
Negative: Very good location very clean brand new modern the sheets were clean. The towels were clean. The kitchen were clean. Everything was perfect.
