Positive: We liked the location, it was really 5 minutes from metro and shuttle bus line. Apartment was clean, good equipped and it was not difficult to find it. Value-price comparison was perfect.

Negative: We thought that the apartment will be have beds in 2 separate rooms, but there was only 1 room with beds. But it was sufficient for us. The second bed was not very comfortable. On the place, apartment could be better marked.

Summary: Very well located place, suitable for one night.

Positive: Good location to go to Metro/Bus Station Universite St Denis. Safe place in the back of a garden. Quiet. Lovely landlady with whom it was easy to communicate. There are breakfast making facilities: You can make coffee with machine and there are some little cakes. I only stayed one night. If you stay for longer you can fill up the fridge. The bed is made from the couch. While a real bed is more comfortable the advantage is that it gives you the space of a living room during the day which is nice.

Negative: It took me a long time to connect to the internet, long code and it is easy to make mistakes. It was difficult to find any nice cafes or bakeries in the area

Positive: The service was Exceptional. We were kindly greeted and given a couple cups of espresso, coffee with some sweets and yoghurt and the owner son drove us to a pizza restaurant to get our pizza takeout and he refused to take any money. They were just so overly kind. it was lovely. It was only a five minute walk to the Saint Dennis bus station, which is why we chose this location. It was perfect. The hosts sister even walked us to the bus station to make sure we got to the right place.

Negative: No complaints at all

Summary: Hosts went above and beyond all expectations!

Positive: It is very close to the metro station M13 and also to Saint Denis station of Aerobus/Flix Buses. The shower gel was nice and all the bathroom accesories. There were some ustensils to prepare something to eat. Bathroom was clean. We were there during winter and the heating sistem was good.

Negative: - That shower had low pressure because both shower heads were working in the same time. - We didn't managed to "catch" the wifi, even if we noticed it to the staff. - The bedroom is in fact the living room with that couch that "transforms" into an uncomfortable bed.

Summary: Ok for one night staying
