Positive: Space ideal for a couple. Has got everything you need.
Negative: Location is average. Close to a construction site. Very poor communication with the staff, wrong informations given beforehand by message. Informed that it was on 4th floor, it was actually on third floor. And wrong number given in the message to open the door. Fortunately someone on the phone was helpful.
Summary: All in all, good flat, but poorly managed and badly located.

Positive: Very central and spacious apartment with an outdoor terrace! Located on a street with busy nightlife. Very satisfied with our stay! The staff was also very efficient answering questions through message.
Negative: The facilities are a bit old, but it's fine.

Positive: Location is central and therefore convenient. Room is bright. Air con works well.
Negative: We booked for 3 but only received towels and bedding for 2. I contacted the host who sent the housekeeper which took an hour. Fine for us but had we just landed, waiting for an hour and having to make your bed would have been frustrating. Main complaint is that sofa bed is NOT adequate for sleeping. Old, literally falling into pieces, and no mattress. My niece suffered 2 nights on it. Main bed is good. It is also a very noisy location, near bars and busy street do all nighters… detail but kettle too rusty to use!
