Positive: The neighbourhood is very nice and with the RER line the transportation to the city, back to the airport is also excellent. It was practical to use a lock box as there was no need to schedule a meeting with the owner, this solution gives you freedom. During summertime it felt good to arrive back to a place which is cool in general without even air conditioning.
Negative: It would be better to have a proper doorlock instead of a padlock. It was installed quiet tightly, so when you arrive very tired it can get on your nerves to open it. Also the most disturbing thing was the mold in the bathroom and on the bedroom window. This place has no proper ventilation and the owner should solve this. It was good to have a washing machine with a short program to wash some clothes but give you perspective on no ventilation in the accomodation: my light summer pants were not dry after 30 hours. Apartment looked cleaned up but the moldy tiles and window gives you the discomfort.

Positive: The room is comfortable. The shower is hot, the bed is good and the heater works, but we only used it for one day. It certainly needs improvement: the toilet is loose, the kitchen has only the bare necessities, the hairdryer doesn't work. The hosts make no effort to speak English, even though it's a language listed as an option in the accommodation, and even though they understand. In other words, we used a translator for everything, but I guess that's standard in Paris. Also, when I booked, I asked for a late check-out, which they said would be considered, but it was denied the day before. The neighborhood is nice, although it's far from the attractions, there's easy access to the metro and nearby shops. As expected for the price.
