Positive: Good comunication with the owner using the Booking.com chat. There is a public parking beside the apartment (8 euro for days). The house is enough big for 4 persons, the view of Dinant is beautiful from the windows. The owner let us some free beverages in the fridge. I can say it's a good accomodation.
Negative: There is a short but tight staircase to reach the apartment. The bathroom has an old tub: taking a shower is not very pleasant. It's not exactly clean: a few cobwebs in the bedroom, the toaster was full of old bread, the kettle is full of limescale.

Positive: The location is fantastic and close to everywhere with a beautiful river view. The apartment is clean and spacious for 4 adults to live comfortably. The welcoming gift is also heartwarming. The instruction book is informative and clear with multi-language versions. The host is very responsive to questions.
Negative: Shampoo and shower gel were not provided. It's not a very big problem but inconvenient when figuring it out at night.

Positive: Excellent location, and so is the view. Host was great with directions and instructions. The labels in the apartment make it very easy as well to be comfortable. Free and easy parking.
Negative: The mattress was really bad for me, it was too soft, I couldn’t sleep well. The staircase is a bit narrow when carrying bags.
Summary: Great place overall (just needs change of the mattresses).
