Positive: The apartment was clean, well located and had everything we needed. Romain ,the owner,was extremely helpful, kind and very friendly. I mentioned we were in Marrakesh to celebrate my sister 40th birthday and he even organised a beautiful and very tasty cake for us to celebrate to be delivered to the apartment Highly recommended! Would definitely go again:)

Positive: modern and very well equipped. plenty of space for the 5 of us. wifi and a printer for boarding passes and trip tickets to be printed if needed.
Negative: the satellite connection was not great but we went out every day and night so no great issue for us.

Positive: Great location, able to walk to many sights! Apartment had everything we needed. The best part was our host Romain, he was amazing and always available when we had questions. He was so accommodating he offered to take us to the grocery store and picked us up at 6:00am to take us to the airport so we didn’t need to take a taxi! Best host ever, quick response to all text messages. Highly recommended this property.
Negative: The showers were a little challenging as the water took a long time to drain but as soon as we told our host Romain he had someone there to fix the problem.

Positive: It was spacious and tastefully decorated. It was furnished with all the necessary utilities and equipment even a printer. The beds were comfortable. The location was just amazing as it was in walking distance to both medina and modern gueliz neighbourhood and easy access to a wide variety of restaurants/cafes. The apartment was highly secure with guards present 24/7. Don’t had to use Taxi at all. It was just next to mini market. It was an easy location for excursion pick up. Romain was very helpful and even provided us a. Drop off to airport which was very kind of him.

Positive: Romain has been a great host, super available and willing to help. He got us in touch with a driver, advised us some nice places to go and was super responsive and careful. Nice bonus, I came for my birthday and the day we arrived he offered my family and I some birthday cakes :) If I go back to Marrakech, I'd definitely stay there again.

Positive: (No breakfast is provided by the property.) The beds were super comfy and clean, so were the towels. The place was properly cleaned before we arrived and we were also greeted with flowers! It's quite centrally located for tourists like us and the area around was great for strolling, shopping, dining. The immediate surroundings seemed safe. The host (Romain) was more than helpful and co-operative.
