Positive: It was perfect for two adults and a teenager. The apartment had two spacious bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything was very clean. We were very happy to have a secure parking space in the middle of Paris. The host was waiting for us and helped us with the parking space, showed us the room, and explained useful things for our stay there. The location is absolutely wonderful, with many restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. We didn't use a taxi at all. Walking distance to the Louvre and the Paris Ferris wheel. The Grevin Museum is a 5-minute walk .

Positive: Very clean! Very well equipped in kitchen. Bathroom was nice. Good storage and hanging space. Alexis was extremely helpful.
Negative: Nothing I did not like. It was very hot which made the sleeping difficult but that is not the fault of the facility. Fans were provided which helped a bit.
Summary: Good place to stay for a family.

Positive: The location: myriad cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket on the corner made it easy to acquire breakfast pastries and other daily goods. Close to metro and bus routes so easy to get around the city. Alexis was extremely helpful and friendly staying around to welcome us for a late check-in. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. A good shower, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric hob (no oven) and a couple of pedestal fans which were essential in the hot weather we enjoyed/endured. The apartment one of many in an old building with character.
