Positive: The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for 4 of us. It's in a great location too. There was plenty of towels etc in the property. It looks a bit run down from outside, but don't be put off by this as it's lovely inside!
Negative: No WiFi and the advertised swimming pool isn't part of the apartment. It got so hot at night and whilst there was air conditioning, it wasn't usable in one of the bedrooms as there wasn't a window.

Positive: Very good location of the accommodation from the Pompidou Center, Notre Dame metro station, bus. We arrived around 9:00 PM and the room was not cleaned or the towels or sheets were changed, we called the owner and he willingly came within 20 minutes and arranged everything, we even received a bottle of champagne as an apology. Maybe I should classify this as a negative review, after the shock we experienced, but it seemed like a big plus from the owner. I also praise the beds, we slept great on them, they were not too flat, the air conditioning also worked, the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, cutlery, pots, pans. We didn't cook so we didn't need that much. We had enough towels in the bathroom, the faucet didn't leak, the toilet was OK, the shower was clean, a little strangely insulated with foam but it was overlooked. We were in apartment no. 2, it's probably the smallest but sufficient for three people. It consists of 2 rooms and a hall with a table and a kitchen. The description of the entrance to the apartment was precise and clear.
Negative: One big disappointment, however, was - the rooms, as stated, should have soundproofing. Unfortunately, through the entrance door from which we slept a short distance, we could hear every door closing and footsteps in the hallway from the apartment opposite. Unfortunately, we came across a noisy group that walked and slammed the door of the apartment opposite all night!It would be nice to fix the legs of the table and the half-hanging heater.

Positive: Beautiful, clean apartment in a fantastic location! The air-conditioners worked very well! Comfortable beds and very thorough instructions for check-in and check-out. Responsive host. We were very happy there and would return!
Negative: Cookware was limited. Only one medium pot with no lid was provided, and the 2 frying pans need replacing. For a suggestion, more cookware like a chopping board and extra pots would be nice.

Positive: Great location, easy public transport access, good to have a lift with disabled visitor. Super air conditioning and cool nights for a good sleep.
Negative: Travelling on a budget so cooked in. Would have like a plug for the sink or a bowl to wash up. The only saucepan had one handle was broken off so hard to lift safely, used the frypan to cook instead.
