Positive: Great location for a stay in Montville if you want to be near the main village on Main Street, only 2 minute drive away. It was quiet, clean, self contained, fridge, washing machine, the bedroom is separate to the lounge for privacy internally. We mostly ate out but there are cooking utilities in the room \ kitchen area. Wifi is available, we found our telstra\optus mobile reception wasn't great inside, but outside on the balcony texts worked and mobile internet worked for steaming. We can recommend staying here and it was a great price especially for the size of the cottage and central location.
Negative: Nothing to note, it was exactly as described. If your looking for a quiet place to stay, with amenities for comfort, that's also close to center of Montville, it's a 10\10 place to be. We didn't have any issues even saw some cows and a flying turkey!
Summary: Very nice cottage and location, close to everything. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Will be back soon.

Positive: A quaint little cottage, just off the main street in Montville. Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and cafes. The cottage is dog friendly, and very well appointed. The little kitchen has a microwave and small cooktop. (No oven or dishwasher.) The lounge has a wood burning stove which really warms the place up on a cold night. This is the perfect weekend getaway for a couple with a well behaved pup or two.

Positive: How easy it was to find. I felt so relaxed, so safe, so secluded, but still close to the township. Apple Tree had everything I needed. It was spotless and the fact I could take my little dog was such a bonus as there was ample fenced yard for him to wonder safely.
Negative: There is absolutely nothing I didn't like. We love visiting Montville as its our breath of fresh air. We have now found our Happy place to stay .
