Positive: Great location. Spacious large living area apt. Fairly easy access to apt from elevator and parking.
Negative: Spots on furniture/sofa, Some on carpet. Additional coffee would be nice.
Summary: Lovely cozy and comfortable corner apartment, close to everything but still quiet setting.

Positive: Very nice apartment that had all of the amenities, was very comfortable and had great views. The best part was that is was so close to town that we could walk everywhere, but a few blocks away from the loudest part of Oktoberfest. It was also great to have our own parking space in a closed garage

Positive: The location and views were both amazing. We were a quick walk away from the shops and restaurants in Leavenworth, as well as the river walk. The corner unit had lovely views of the mountains and river. The layout of the condo is good for families. Except for the carpet, the unit was clean.
Negative: The carpet was absolutely filthy. I didn't want my three-year-old grandson to lay or sit on it. The visible and numerous stains on the carpet made me question the cleanliness of the upholstered sofa and pillows. The hand-held shower head in the master bath was broken. It just hung from the top attachment without any way to secure it while bathing. The shampoo bottle in the other bathroom was full of water. The kitchen faucet was supposed to pull out to use as a sprayer but that feature was broken. The number of different codes (one for the garage entry, one for the elevator, another for the door of the unit) was very frustrating, especially when having to enter the code more than once in the elevator to make it work.
Summary: The location of and views from this unit are stellar. Could be cleaner and better maintained.

Positive: Everything about it was amazing except for the locking out issues. I emailed Meredith about that in detail. We loved being right in town. We could walk to everything and return together or separately. It is a beautiful unit.
Negative: We couldn't get inside twice during our stay. The first time, I called Meredith and the gal unlocked it from her location. The 2nd time, they had to have a maintenance guy come to fix it.
Summary: Wonderful week in Leavenworth at a beautiful Chalet.
