Enjoy this amazing remodeled four bedroom, southern exposure private back yard, corner lot, vacation rental in Goodyear, Arizona. The house comes with full amenities and has undergone several renovations and upgrades. Including the kitchen, both bathrooms, appliances, furniture and new fixtures through out enjoy this newly remodeled home, this is your home away paradise.
Just three minutes off the I10 and twenty-five minutes from Phoenix International Airport. Located in Canyon Trails a safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood (even a covered kids playground one block away). The backyard is a south facing oasis of relaxing pleasure with endless sunshine, an amazing pool with (heating available at a cost of $150p/wk) great seating areas, within a desert garden paradise.
This amazing rancher is equipped with three Pillow-top Queen Beds and the master has an California King Pillow-top bed. The master is private and separate from the other three bedrooms, including a walking closet and large bathroom with great soaker tub. The master has a fifty inch smart TV with a wireless cable box. The living room has a sixty five inch smart TV also with a wireless cable box. The living room has a beautiful leather sectional and even a beverage center! The kitchen is a full working kitchen with place settings for up to eight. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new stainless appliances including stove, dishwasher, air fryer and the fridge having a purified water and ice maker. No need to pack your toiletries this house has it all including hair dryers. Laundry room has a top of the line front loading washer dryer set and even comes with an iron and ironing board. House can be cleaned during longer stays for an added cost. The house comes with a fast free long range WiFi connection.
The private yard is perfect for entertaining with three separate sitting areas. Loungers for those out to soak up the amazing rays of the Arizona sunshine while sitting around the beautiful pool oasis. A large outdoor dining table and chairs with an eleven foot outdoor umbrella, a small sectional with side tables for you to relax at in the evening enjoying the views of the most amazing sunsets and sipping on your glass of wine. A beautifully landscaped user friendly backyard.

Summary: Very nice house in quiet neighbourhood. Easy access (walk/drive) to shopping (Fry's, Safeway, Wal-mart) in couple of different locations. Easy access from and to I-10. Assuming traffic is reasonable, approximately 30min to Phoenix Sky Harbour airport. Nice local walking paths available if you want to avoid the main roads while walking. House was well appointed with all we needed for our stay. Outdoor patio and pool area is large enough for a few people to sit outside. Lots of chairs. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Provided all the information necessary for easy check-in. Also available during stay if questions came up. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: What a great house and host. Russ was very easy to work with and the house is exactly as pictured. It's the type of house that you feel at home in right away. It is nicely decorated, but not overly fussy. No need to feel you are going to break anything. This house comes with everything you need....even shampoo. I've rented many houses through the years and nobody ever supplied shampoo before. It is these extra touches that always earns Russ 5 stars. The house is located in a nice safe neighborhood. I was by myself and felt completely safe at all times. It is easy to get to the highway from the house or to stores and restaurants. The house was spotless when I checked in. The cleaners did a great job. And, the trash and recycling bins were empty when I checked in. I've rented houses before where prior renters did not empty the bins for several weeks. It was nice to see these empty. When I am back in the area this is where I want to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Pool and home is fantastic, well stocked professionally looked after. If you need anything just ask the owner he will do his best to help you out.The location is perfect I can walk or ride a bike to four different grocery stores. When coming into AZ I don't even bother looking anywhere else if this property is available. Thanks again for the hospitality, will be back. EH

Summary: Great place for our Christmas getaway! The heated pool and backyard were just perfect for my husband and I and our 7 and 12 year olds. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Maybe next time we won’t have to fly out in a blizzard?! ☺️
