Positive: Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had all the usual kitchen items which made it easy to eat in every night. Location was quiet and the sunsets were beautiful!
Negative: The only designated smoking area was in the parking lot. I wish there had been a designated area near the pool or sea wall.
Summary: I will absolutely book here again!

Positive: Great location, beautiful grounds right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Facility is older, but well maintained. Quiet location and the staff was super friendly.

Positive: We loved the location and the building and the grounds. They were so beautiful.
Negative: My Studio was very old and neglected. The woodwork was filthy, the AC was old and the Murphy Bed was made with very cheap materials. The bathroom was also unacceptable. It was dirty. The tile floor needs to be replaced. We will definitely go back but not to unit 21.
