This gorgeous beachfront property is located on the quiet part of the beach, just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Aquamarine has everything you need for a wonderful vacation any time of year, including a small private swimming pool and a custom fire pit. Step onto the furnished deck, and you will love the view. There is space to enjoy the sunrise, outside meals and your favorite beverage!
The open living area features plenty of comfortable seating. For your entertainment, this house has two satellite TVs, internet service, a DVD player and games. This opens up to a dining table with room for 8, and bar seating at the lovely kitchen island. You'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals (or just a quick snack) in the kitchen-including a regular drip coffee maker, a ninja multi-purpose oven, a blender, and cookware. There is also a washer and dryer on site for your convenience.
With nearly 1500 square feet, this beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 11. The first 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds that are both twin over full beds (one twin trundle bed offers additional sleeping space)..
Downstairs, in the fenced yard, you’ll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal grill; or sitting around the private salt water pool, custom fire pit, or picnic table, visiting with family and friends. The home is just steps to the beach, or feel free to bring your beach supplies by golf cart or vehicle on the convenient beach access road.

Summary: Beach is pretty empty most days since you're not in a big neighborhood. Kida far from the restaurants and stores, but still ok. We had a broken bed frame when we checked in, but it was fixed right away the next morning. Pool was nice for our two little ones, 4 & 2. would be small for older kids.

Summary: Overall house is as listed. It’s on the beach, has a fenced pool, and a fire pit. Linens were waiting on us. The heating element in the dryer went out and the management company had someone out to fix it the same day. It was a great stay! Would recommend!

Kitchen was huge and seemed to have everything we needed to prepare any meal. Pool was nice but very small, we didn't use it much since it was a little early in the year. Firepit was a great touch and we used it almost every night. We tried to watch TV but there were 4 remotes and no instructions which one did what. We never figured it out. Remote location, be prepared to drive everywhere but if you want peace and quiet then this is the place for you.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities of the home. the fenced in private pool was a huge value for us. Great kitchen--good for hosting a big family meal and layout out of the floor plan was great for family gathering. We do wish the floors had been cleaner and yard/lawn had been more maintained especially in the pool yard...lots of bare spots in the grass and crumbs in the yard. But otherwise a great place that we will be eager to return to in the future-
