Positive: Very cute, beds were very comfortable minus all the bugs
Negative: There were ants and spiders in the beds and all over the couch and counters. We woke up with ant/spider bites each morning. We notified staff who said they would spray but there were still an insane amount of ants and spiders all over the home. It was impossible to be on any surface without having them crawl all over you.

Positive: The tiny home was wonderful and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the little fireplace felt amazing.
Negative: We had an issue with the water and when I reached out to the number provided early in the morning, I received a text that someone would be contacting me. Several hours later, I reached out to the number provided again and was informed that they didn't open up until 9 and there weren't any supervisors available on the weekends. I was also told that they had a lot of properties that they are taking care of and would try to get the issue taken care of as soon as they could. 6 hours later finally someone came out to the property. Not impressed with the care of the issue that we had to deal with during our stay. We were not offered a discount for the inconvenience. But I guarantee if I didn't follow one of their rules on the agreement, I would have been charged the extra fees. If they are managing so many properties, then they need to have more staff available on the weekends as well as a supervisor on staff as well to handle issues that arise.

Positive: I loved everything about this place. When I opened the door, I was so pleased to see how nice it was. It was so comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the electric fireplace was a big bonus. I loved it!
Negative: I loved everything about this place. I don't have any complaints. Would definitely stay here again. It was so peaceful, and the property was well maintained.
Summary: Beautiful, peaceful getaway! Would defiantly recommend

Positive: We were very appreciative and impressed by the rapid response of Customer Service when we had a couple of issues upon arrival and phoned them. Communications from the company were always timely and excellent. The tiny house was cute and had all the amenities we needed. The location in the Hill Country was good and pretty close to Pedernales Falls Park and the town of Dripping Springs. The lighting within was very good.
Negative: Nothing.
