Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. I was very disappointed in their breakfast though. There were 2 HS Graduations and a Softball Tournament happening over the weekend and you'd think they would have prepared better. They DID have eggs, sausage, biscuits, potatoes and some type of meat gravy but they had no fresh fruit at all (we stayed 3 nights) and ran out of yogurt. Minimal bagels, breads, pastries. Not well stocked. Tables were not kept clean. How hard is it to clean tables and send someone to the store to pick up what foods you need until your delivery truck comes in. We have stayed here numerous times but I'll look into other places next time.

Summary: The water was immediately nice and hot! Room large and clean. Pool and hot tub great. Complementary breakfast always a bonus. Very friendly staff and reasonable pricing compared to the rest of Gillette. My favorite place to stay.

Summary: The staff was very friendly!! I think it is fairly noisy with the slamming doors. Maybe not being as close to the front check in would be quieter.

Summary: The TV's in the suites never connect to the internet making them useless. This is the TV's in the living room and the bedrooms. We have stayed multiple times and always the same problem does not seem there is enough signal strength that far of the hall. The breakfast is going downhill, less options and the gravy was pretty much water
