Positive: The location of the property was great. Close to the slopes, shops and bars.
Negative: The pictures on booking.com are misleading, the floor plan on the pictures was not the apartment that we stayed in. The apartment was tight for 4 adults. The ski locker outside the apartment was very poor, the key worked to lock it (just about) one night but then wouldn’t work after that. The car park near the apartment is not cheap so keep this in mind if you will be driving to Arc 2000.

Negative: Cold, the heat was not enough, the host bring us another heater. it was written 3 bedrooms but there are only two and another bunk bed at a small hall near the entrance.

Negative: We were a family of four with 2 Teenagers so it was tight in the evenings we did not eat out. But it is typical of this type of property and was highly functional and a great location.

Negative: No WiFi. Bathroom smelt and got damp as not many places to hang towels. Banging door in the hall at night disrupted sleep. Wasn’t aware of end of holiday cleaning charge prior to stay.

Negative: Access to the apartment because it involved steep stairs and you had to carry skiis up and down. Lift access was not straightforward, it involved getting 2 lifts in order to access the apartment. One lift to go to Level 5 and then a walk outside to another lift to go down to level 1, the floor the apartment was located on.
