*This villa is DOG FRIENDLY! There is a 1-dog maximum with a 50lb weight limit (must be at least 1-year-old and approved by Arcadia Resort). Additional dog friendly rental agreement acknowledging specific rules MUST be signed before dog is approved. A $500 deposit is required, $250 of which is refundable if the home is left in good condition and applicable rules are followed for the duration of the stay - see details here. Unauthorized pets will be subject to a fine. Please notify Arcadia Resort at booking if you intend to bring a dog.

Summary: We had a big group of extended family, all different ages, and there was a room that was just right for everyone. From a huge bunk room for all the teenagers, to a private king suite with a pack n play for me, hubby and baby. Love the washer and dryer, plenty

Summary: The home has a perfect layout and is extremely spacious for large families or groups. The accommodations were great overall, aside from not being able to use the pool table. The pool cues are broken and missing. The amenities at the resort are excellent! The kids love the pool, lazy river, and hot tubs. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts and game room. The only things I feel are missing for this type of resort are sand volleyball and basketball. Would love to see these added if possible!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Arcadia. Very comfortable, clean, and well managed. The only thing g we thought could be improved was the cleanliness of the lazy river and hot tubs but other than that it was perfect!
