Cosy villa "Arcadia", 3 storeys, built in 1986. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, located by a road. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant, bakery, bus stop 400 m. Skisport facilities 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The car park and the entrance is situated on the 2nd floor behind the house. The Leukerbad Card Plus is included in the reservation. The Leukerbad Card Plus includes the following services: free use of Ringjet local bus, free access to the Erli ski area for children, free use of the sports centre (badminton, tennis, squash, billiards, table tennis, skating, football, indoor football, mini-golf, boulder, etc.), 15 % discount on the purchase of pass and snow bath. 10% discount on subscriptions and the multiple entry tickets to public baths.
2-room penthouse 60 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Summary: Für uns hat alles gepasst. Wir konnten unsere Hündin mitnehmen und wir wurden gut aufgenommen. Die Wohnung war super für uns. Es fiel schwer, wieder abreisen zu müssen.

Summary: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr hoch am Rand von Leukerbad. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Möbel und die Küche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktioniert, ist in gutem Zustand und, sehr wichtig, sauber. Hervorzuheben sind die 2 Badezimmer, die ein großes Plus sind. Dusche hat es nur eine, aber dafür 2 Toiletten.

Summary: Sämtliche Installationen entsprechen den üblichen Standards. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal. Zudem ist der Standort oberhalb von Lenzerheide sehr gut, man geniesst eine wunderbare Aussicht.
