Positive: Clean, perfect location. Would recommend. Regular updates from the host.
Negative: The only thing was that I couldn’t reply to the host through booking.com but that’s not the hosts fault. There was a phone number to call in emergencies. I only wanted to reply to say everything was fine - I didn’t want to seem rude!

Positive: It was well situated to station and easy to walk to most sights.
Negative: The entrance into the building was not nice and was very dark and dusty. Functionality of the room was poor. The bed was too wide for the room so you had to move the bed in front of the cupboard to get onto right side of the bed. There was no microwave. There was no table to eat at. There was no patio as listed. There wasn’t a towel rail to hang the towels in the bathroom.
Summary: Location good but functionality needs attention.

Positive: The apartment's location is perfect, especially if you travel to Prague by train. Funnily enough, the thing we appreciated most was the shower... showers are usually really bad in such apartments, but this time around we were pleasantly surprised.
Negative: The hallway from which the apartment opens is shared by two other apartments, so things can be a bit noisy if there are people around you. The walls are paper thin, so that doesn't help.
Summary: Great location for people who travel by train!

Positive: The location is really excellent, 3 minutes from the train station, so if you come by train it`s really practical. The place is nicely renovated, especially the bed is excellent; for someone who needs to rest after all day walking (or travelling by train), it really helps to sleep well. We also appreciated the fridge, large enough even if it is low, high quality. We appreciated the shower. The place has an inner court, so it is quiet for sleeping, no noise from the street. There is a restaurant in the inner court, but it is calm.
Negative: I just have small suggestions. For a person who is sensible to the daylight when sleeping, the curtains are hardly enough. There is a nice little kitchen, but no chair, so I would suggest a folding chair or a bar chair so you can seat when you eat. Also in the bathroom it would be useful to have more solid hangers for the towels and toilet paper.
Summary: The location is great. The beds are excellent. The owner was responsive and really kind.
