Summary: The place smells and has bugs. It's just sitting in a parking lot close to a loud road. The parking lot lights stay on all night and shine right in the upper windows.

Summary: Nice location. Clean cabin. We used 2 of the available 3 rooms. Comfy beds, nice bathtub! Good location and helpful staff. 2 thumbs up!

Summary: Arches Hut was such a perfect cozy place to stay. The unit we stood in was clean and fully stocked with basic necessities. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to staying there again.

Summary: got an email saying checkin was at 3pm, showed up and our unit was still being cleaned. couldn’t check in until closer to 4pm. we would have done something else if we were notified our room wasn’t ready. it didn’t seem very clean, there were some stains on the comforters and face cloths. i received an email with the invoice from the property but was charged something different from hotels.com.

Summary: Was a clean place, parking was a little too close together and there wasn’t much of a view like it states in the description. I was under the assumption they all had kitchens but they do not. Only one of them is equipped with a kitchen. Water in the showers was not hot even when turned all the way to hot. Clean and a nice place to stay for a short period of time.

Summary: The Arches Hut was great. The 2 king beds were very comfortable. The 2 twin mattresses in the loft were not very comfortable. They are not twin beds, they are 2 mattresses on the loft floor. I would not recomended these twin beds for anyone over 7 years of age.
