Summary: This inn had a lot of character. Lots of outside seating in the gardens. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Some of features were showing some age, like the shower, but we really enjoyed the ambience and location. It was only about a 15 minute walk to downtown and the theaters.

Summary: Such a peaceful getaway and easy walk to downtown ashland. I'm very happy that I decided to stay here to experience the neighborhood culture of Ashland instead of staying on the main stretch of Inns. There were so many deer and other wildlife in the garden! Also, the hosts were very nice and accommodating. 100% recommend!

Summary: They no longer serve breakfast, but the hospitality was great, bed was very comfortable, and nice outdoor seating in a garden area where we were visited by deer. It is in easy walking distance of downtown with excellent restaurants and the Shakespeare Festival theaters.
