Summary: Wij hebben genoten in ons verblijf. Het is een oud hotel dat aan de buitenkant inderdaad wel een verfje verdient maar wij waren met 24 volwassen personen die er een prima verblijf hebben gehad. Er werd veel gebruik gemaakt van het poolbiljart en de tafeltennistafel. Bedden uitstekend en ook de aanwezige kookspullen, keuken en verblijfskamers waren prima. Vriendelijke sleuteloverdracht etc. Zeer goed bevallen en voor een grote groep zeker aan te bevelen.

Summary: We waren met een grote groep vrienden, heerlijk weertje gehad, dus lekker veel buiten geleefd. Binnen voldoende ontspanningsmogelijkheden, voor groot en klein en voldoende ruimtes voor me time. Bedden liggen heerlijk en fijne douchestraal in de douche. Groot terras met picknickbanken, heel groot grasveld wat grenst aan een bos, waar je heerlijk kan wandelen. Mooie omgeving om genoeg te ondernemen. Bij de buren tegenover 'frituur de baracque' zouden wij zeker NIET aanraden, half uur op je drinken wachten terwijl er bijna niemand is valt beetje tegen, ook zouden we nog minimaal een uur op ons eten moeten wachten dit hebben we niet gedaan. Het enige wat we misten waren relaxte tuinstoelen op het terras..

Summary: Alles wat we nodig hadden als grote groep vrienden was er maar wel in verouderde staat. Woning heeft een grondige opfrisser nodig. De voordeur kon niet meer fatsoenlijk afgesloten worden en deze kan men van buitenaf zo opentrekken, niet echt ideaal tegen inbraak. De pooltafel viel bijna uit elkaar. Plafond boven de pooltafel zit vol met gaten. De bar is zo goed als onbruikbaar en staat er eigenlijk maar voor de show. Tevens is de gemeenschappelijke toilet voorziening in de kelder echt heel smerig, deze stonk ontzettend naar riool lucht. Dit was overigens verder in het huis zo goed als niet te ruiken. De keuken is ideaal voor grote groepen. Grote koelkasten en vriezer, wel is ook deze aan vernieuwing toe. De ovens sluiten niet meer goed en het fornuis doet er een eeuwigheid over om warm te worden. De woonkamer is verder helemaal prima, grote tafels waar men met z’n allen kan eten of spelletjes doen. Maar ook hier is het een en ander aan vervanging toe, de banken zijn kapot of doorgezakt. Slaapkamers zijn ok, bedden lagen goed en het zag er verder fris uit. Wel mist het ook hier weer aan de afwerking. Stopcontacten die open liggen, deuren die niet goed sluiten, kozijnen die kapot zijn, kitranden in de badkamers die niet meer goed zijn, toiletbrillen die loszitten. Al met al een prima huis voor grote groepen vrienden die niet zo nauw kijken wat betreft de details maar voor families raadt ik dit huis niet aan! Huis heeft echt een grote renovatie nodig, zeker voor de prijs die je betaald. Geef het net een voldoende.

Summary: Het huis ligt op een perfecte locatie, is ruim genoeg voor een groep van 30 personen en heeft een ruime tuin. De ruimtes zijn fijn ingedeeld en de bar geeft het huis een gezellige ruimte om te verblijven. Nadeel van deze woning was de hygiene en netheid. In de meeste vertrekken hing een nare rioollucht, zat schimmel op muren en plafonds of was het gewoon niet schoon. Niet al het sanitair werkte zoals verwacht of zorgde voor overlast in andere ruimtes. De keuken was ruim en voorzien van voldoende apparatuur, echter ook hier liet de schoon- en netheid te wensen over. Wanneer ik deze woning een cijfer zou moeten geven was dat een 6, puur door de ruimte en locatie / ligging van het huis.

Summary: Huisje is heel afgeleefd, veel gaten in de plafond waar de pooltafel staat, er is een bar aanwezig maar deze kon/mocht je niet gebruiken want de frigo's waren vergrendeld. Pas na dag 2 hebben we ontdekt dat er wel een toilet beneden is maar hiervoor moest je helemaal naar de kelder. De bedden lagen goed maar het huisje is heel slecht geisolleerd dus elk geluid hoor je als er beneden nog mensen aan het babbelen zijn en jij wil slapen.Laat ons zeggen dat ze de foto's vanuit de juiste hoek getrokken hebben want in het echt ziet het er wel anders uit.

Summary: Je ziet dat de accommodatie opgeknapt wordt, maar vooral de tweede verdieping is eigenlijk niet te verhuren: het is erg verouderd, er is niet op elke kamer een wastafel maar er is ook geen centrale badkamer met wastafel. De afzuigkap in de keuken moet nodig schoongemaakt worden.

Summary: Mooi hotel (geweest) maar dringend nood aan de nodige opknapwerken. Vele zaken zijn of kapot of amateuristisch en tijdelijk gerepareerd. Als positief punt is wel de ruimte enorm. Prijs /kwaliteit krijg je zeker voldoende voor je centen. Mocht dit 100% in orde zijn dan kan er zeker een 1000€ meer voor een weekend worden gevraagd gezien de mogelijkheden en ruimte. We hadden een leuk verblijf. Het huis ligt centraal Maar tegelijk in de middle of nowhere. Vele mooie wandelingen vanaf de deur of op 10 min met de wagen. We bezochten ook lupulus (brouwerij), zeker een aanrader.
