Positive: I was very speechless of the hotel and the service, the front view of the hotel was amazing. The owner was very nice and kind she welcomed me as anshe welcomed me as a family member even her stuff. When I finished work, I couldn’t wait to get back to my room and get into my cosy bed. I feel sad I didn’t take no pictures.

Positive: The facilities were amazing and the location was perfect, quiet and well away from the roads so no traffic. The property we stayed in was exceptional with a bath and shower in each room and the kitchen had every gadget you could think of needing.

Positive: The position, especially the bedrooms facing north to the loch. The breakfasts were very good. Our hostess was quick to deal with the minor issues that arose, and to provide advice..
Negative: There was nothing that I "didn't like". But , as I said to our hostess only half-jokingly, it is clearly designed for the Instagram generation. Plenty of photogenic features that meant nothing to me (Sparkle & Snack Station, Salt Station [8 jars with different salts], a fancy table in mid-lounge that was too far from sofas to be useful to anyone sitting down with a cup of tea, cups and cutlery whose handles were not 100% easy to grip, the kettle in the room was impossible to fill with the bathroom tap, etc). Nothing "wrong", just not my style ..........
Summary: An excellent location from which to explore Appin. Good breakfasts and views.

Positive: Was so lovely to find a new property with extras, like the bath in our room. A beautiful view to the mountains and outdoors from the large windows. Comfortable large bed, great place to rejuvenate and relax.

Positive: The facilities were well-maintained, the room was spacious and recently renovated. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety. The hotel is run by a family, which adds a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Negative: The matress was a little bit hard (but was new) so hopefully it get soften in the future. You have to take out your own trash and split by recycling material. Nothing complicated, but when going on Holidays, sometimes you want to avoid the hassard of doing it.
Summary: Beautiful hotel, with amazing views and very welcoming.

The location is perfect with beautiful views of the Loch and surrounding hills. Karen the host truly takes pride in everything she does to make your stay most welcoming and enjoyable experience. This wasn't our first stay and it definitely won't be the last.
