This Ocean Grove beach shack is exactly what you look for when you want a chilled beach break! Uncomplicated, convenient equipped with all that you need for those breezy Summer days or chilled Winter breaks.
Location is paramount, just a hop, skip and jump (300m) to Ocean Grove Beach which is also a popular Dog beach, Cheeky Cow Café and many other boutique cafes and shops and, just a short drive to the Shell Road amenities, Kingston Shopping precinct, Ocean Grove Village and the surf club.
Split over two levels, the ground floor is home to the laundry room including access to the washing machine, bar fridge, pram, and table extension available. Complete with access to the back yard (via side gate) and staircase to the hub of the home.
Linen is not provided, guests may bring their own or for an additional $35 per guest, linen will be supplied.
Two generous sized bedrooms, the main bedroom is equipped with queen bed whilst bedroom two has a tri-bunk (single at the top and double at the bottom). Both bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans, heaters, built-in robes and balcony access which is fantastic for those hot summer nights. A central bathroom including shower, toilet, and vanity. A single foam extra mattress & portable cot is also available with an extra double mattress made available upon request.
A light filled kitchen, meals and living area also with balcony access. The kitchen comprises waterfall stone bench tops, induction cook top, dishwasher and ample cupboards equipped with your everyday basics. Split system heating and cooling and direct balcony access with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining. Enjoy unlimited WIFI with access to Netflix, Stan, Apple TV, and flat screen LED TV.
An expansive secure backyard accessible via the side gate will have the pets and children running for hours. Guests are free to use the equipment in the garden shed and are more than welcome to use the boogie boards, bikes, games, and all that is made available at the property.

Summary: The holiday house was the perfect getaway! It offered a cozy and comfortable (sturdy) space with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, providing both tranquility and easy access to all the nearby attractions. The decor was charming, and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a great time and would stay there again.

Summary: Unfortunately l wasnt very impressed with this property. It was quite disappointing. So many instructions on how to operate everything, which wouldve been easier to deal with had they been sent a few days before and not the day l was actually leaving. Not much help from property manager, they take too long to respond if they respond at all. Bedrooms and linen nice & clean however would've been more appropriate to clean and take the dead ants away once they had sprayed the place. Location is spot on.

Summary: Smaller house on a big block. Great location - 3 minute walk to (dog-friendly) beach, which you can walk along for kms. Back yard is great for backyard cricket, kicking a ball and dogs. Back yard flows into the front yard - no fence to keep dogs in the back. The boudnary fencing is high and secure. All rooms are upstairs apart from the laundry. The property can sleep 5 people, but the combined living/dining/kitchen area is quite small, which means the house would be best suited to 3, or at a stretch, 4 people. The house is clean and well presented, with a small, modern kitchen and older bathroom. Heating worked well on cooler nights - although you need to dig out extension cords for bedroom heaters. Quiet neighborhood. The property manager and owner were very responsive to a problem we had with the internet (which appeared to be an external fault). Good value get away.

Summary: It is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the beach and cafes. Our little dog loved the big backyard. In addition, the yard is very secure, so there is no need to worry about the dog getting out.
