Positive: Comfortable, clean, near electric train for hikes, the sauna and well being centre were utilised to help with general relaxation and soothing aches after strenuous hikes. Bed comfortable
Negative: Poor catering facilities, lack of equipment, no oven, no toaster or plug. Evening buffet did not look appetising so went to local Slovak restaurant which was fantastic

Positive: New hotel, nice building, great hotel facilities, very nice pool and spa, friendly staff, good location. Has the potential to be very lovable.
Negative: 1. It is said that laundry can be sent with additional cost. Well, it is not. We stayed for 11 nights and laundry service was extremely necessary yet simply impossible. 2. The TV is antenna based with basically 1-2 local channels. You can take it out of the room, it’s useless. We’re in 2025 and the standards should be higher. 3. The room lacks basic amenities, the most important is something related with coffee. Your only way to drink coffee is to bring your own Nescafé like we’re in the middle of the 90s. Buying coffee in the lobby is available from 10:00 onwards. 4. Kitchen equipment is limited, self cleaning equipment simply doesn’t exist. We had to buy our own stuff to keep this place clean. 5. Speaking about cleaning, there are cleaning services provided by the hotel, but with a policy of “please let us know if you need cleaning services”, and those services are kind of limited. The owner should set a policy of towel and sheets replacement frequency, cleaning frequency, garbage disposal etc since it’s very basic and unstructured. Those things cost very little to the hotel and would make our stay much better.
Summary: This could easily be a “10” if minor changes take place

Positive: The whole venue has been quite a positive surprise. Not well known even to locals, the hotel is and the adjacent apartments are quite modern, classy, fancy, and cozy. We did rent one of the apartments. The facilities are nice, location is great, close to the local mountain train. Parking was comfortable indoors in the same building as the apartment. But there I really want to give special compliments was the elderly gentleman masseur in the wellness center. It has been a long time since I had such an excellent massage, with a super knowledgeable masseur. Bordering with a chiropractic therapy, he went above and beyond, was able to effortlessly spot my back issues and even discovered something that he correctly identified and was confirmed by a doctor later. Excellent service that added tremendously to the value of the hotel and I would go back just for that massage therapy again. Second special mention goes to one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant, tall young gentleman, Jakub was his name I think, once again, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Spending only two days there, Arietes Marmont has instantly become a very comfortable home, and we will certainly be back soon.
Negative: The staff at the reception could be a bit more friendly and welcoming, but their other colleagues in the restaurant and the wellness have raised the bar impossibly high to keep up with.
Summary: incredible surprise most facilities and services above and beyond expectations and what you pay for.

Positive: Tunel from apartment to wellness . Nice apartment. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Negative: Wellness did not have spin-drier for swimsuit. Apartment did not have large mirror next the door Check in was at 3pm. I would like to come earlier at least at 1pm.

Positive: Spacious, clean, 2 bathrooms . Was nice sitting outside for a morning coffee in the balcony. Weather was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool and trampoline
Negative: Stuff weren't very accommodating, or trying to be helpful. Breakfast was ok. Was expecting more variety. We found ourselves looking for parking every time.

Positive: Great swimming pool as well as indoor and outdoor playground in the hotel. The hotel is new, apartments are modern and well equipped. Each apartment has small kitchen what is very convenient if you travel with kids.
Negative: We booked apartment with 3 separate double beds and we got 2 double beds apartment. It took a lot of my time and effort to explain them we need this extra bed. In the beginning the receptionist said it is fault of the translation mistake on the booking portal and did not want to do anything with it. I showed them descriptions in 2 languages and in both it was clearly stated there will be 3 separate beds in the room. After 30min of explaining at the reception they eventually brought extra bed and squeezed that in this apartment, but it was not super comfortable. They only did it once I actually left the reception desk and told them I will do a claim directly to booking.com, because further discussion is lost of my time. The most annoying was the attitude of receptionist who just wanted me to walk away and don’t bother her although it was not me who had incorrect description of the service they provide. I simply did not get what I paid for and what I booked. I understand that mistakes might happen to them, but I expected a little bit more pro-customer approach especially in the hotel with such a high standard.
