Positive: We were there for work and chose this hotel for the central location to the Plaza de Armas. We were so impressed with the staff, the ladies at the reception went above and beyond to assist us with room requests and travel assistance, so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast staff and evening bar staff were always there to make sure we were comfortable and wanted to help us with whatever we needed. The roof top bar has the best view of the cathedral and surrounding snow top mountains, no other hotel could beat this!! The bartenders make the best pisco sours, they even brought us blankets and heaters to keep us comfortable. The manager was always there to greet us with a smile and to see if we needed anything. I would go back in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend this beautiful Boutique hotel anyone!!!!
Summary: The most incredible hotel in the area with the best staff, they made us feel like family

Positive: Perfect location, really helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and stunning views from the rooftop!
Negative: The room was a bit hot at night, and there was only a ventilator which looked like an AC unit and since the icons weren’t readable we struggled with it in the middle of the night. Opening the window ended up helping, though!

Positive: The location is unbeatable, close to all the main places to visit and close to a lot of restaurants and Picanterias. Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. I also loved the rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the three volcanoes surrounding Arequipa
Negative: Breakfast needs improvement, missing in freshness and in choice while a buffet breakfast. I had a breakfast bag done the day of an early excursion, I am sorry to said that the ham and cheese sandwich was very average and that the apple was rotten. That stopped me from trying the restaurant later on and from having again a breakfast bag done the day of my early departure.
