Summary: Poor housekeeping. Housekeeping not come at any day whilewe were there. Ordered Toilet paper didn't get any sooner. Call in morning didn't get until afternoon. Obe I called in morning request for new bath towels and toilet paper, didn't get filled at all for that day. Room around our room turned music so loud til midnight.

Summary: The internet never worked, I even called customer service that they provided and they were not able to connect. Then I on my own figured it out… and it said internet is 1Mb/ps but even when I agreed and connected the internet did not work.. the tv in the room was horrible quality and would make loud static noises. The deadbolt on the door was broken and I was not able to feel safe and lock the door.

Summary: We had a good stay even though there seems to be a large police presence here at least we feel safe. I don't do much gambling cuz the machines are pretty tight but the room is nice the food at the little Pub is good A bit on the expensive side but I like it here not too expensive and it's a local Chill Spot that I don't mind going to often.

Summary: I was most disappointed when your alarm system went off in the middle of the night. It is not because of the potential danger it was because you did not have staff to help evacuate, explain or organize what the heck was going on. All there was, was a speaker system telling people to evacuate now and don’t use the elevators. We stood outside for at least 40 minutes and saw fire trucks driving through the parking lot, but still had no explanation or anyone from the hotel telling us whats going on. After about 45 minutes I went back into the Casino and guest were playing the games like nothings happening. Myself and other guest “heard” there was a water main break on the 5th floor (thats where I was staying). Anyways people were getting back on the elevator, so I went back to my room and there were people squeegeeing the hallways to remove water. Fortunately for me it was two rooms down from my room. “Very, very unorganized”!!

Summary: The room and amenities in the meadows rooms are great. Nice and clean. The only issue I had was the mattresses was horrible. Flat and holes in it. Very worn out and only 2 pillows for a king bed. Also the ac unit temperature up button did not work so it was very cold or hot in the room. Have to get up and turn on and turn off unit as it gets to cold or hot.
