Positive: The staff and the food are amazing..plenty of areas to sit and relax .

Negative: A few more television channels wouldn’t be a bad thing, the outside area is in need of some TLC as the area was covered in lights (not turned on) an outdoor heater ( not plugged in) glasses left all over the walls and tables outside even though the hotel was fully booked with a good few children running around it was like an accident waiting to happen.

Positive: The breakfast was nice. The rooms comfy and comfortable

Negative: The apple juice at breakfast wasnt nice and was watered down which was disappointing.

Positive: The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating when fixing an error that occurred during the room selection process. The hotel had free water dispensers on all floors and the breakfast tasted well.

Negative: Although the breakfast itself was good, it was quite crowded and they seemed to be understaffed. The room interior has definitely seen better times and needs some fixes and improvements. The pool and sauna closed at 7pm and opened at 9am (Saturday/Sunday) so we didn’t have a chance to use it in the evening nor in the morning before having breakfast. The hotel seems to be popular with families and seniors - if you’re looking for a more quiet space, this isn’t it.

Positive: Food was good it was a very busy day you could see the bar staff under pressure. The weather was good so we sat in the garden which is lovley.

Negative: Room was incredibly small. We found some part of the hotel were tired looking.
