Summary: The house was charming and benefits from being in a location within a 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of town. It has a lovely little garden which you can either sit in or look out on. It is a comfortable home from home with character, we would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for an authentic Provencal experience. Arles is a lovely town with lots to see and do, also the surrounding area is worth a visit with interesting Greco-Roman ancient sites to discover, such as the ruined town of Glanum at Saint Remy de Provence.

Summary: Nice large house with a garden. House is greatly furbish (except dishwasher) and not too far from the center of Arles. Our stay was great and it was fun to be able to use the garden or the veranda, not just the house. Our surprise was that there was no dry goods (at least enought to start before going to the market), no soap and half a roll of toilet paper! It's not my conception of hospitality! The owner said that she rent the walls... So, nice house, but you will need a car and bring your things.

Summary: My concern about the mailing of the keys and timings were groundless and the written instructions for the home were the most complete and useful we have had. The owners responded quickly and effectively to some small issues we had. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, very conveniently located. It is quite roomy and if sharing with another couple has some nice features. It was very clean. The sunroom is a great place on sunny days as is the garden area. Street access is simple. There was a microwave in the garage but we chose not to bring it in for use, although it would have been handy for some of our eat in meals. We found the living space and the multi-languages on the TV a nice bonus from most our previous rentals. The only thing that really irritated was the WiFi had a filtering device that the owners needed to modify because all I could access initially were our banking sites. The filtering system or censorship system, refused entry to some sites that are innocuous even after the modification. I did not go back to the owners on this issue as it wasn't critical. Other than those issues the house is better than it looks on line. The separation of the two sleeping areas with separate toilets make it perfect for two couples or couples with children. The house is roomy and well laid out.

Summary: Although this property is located just across the river from Arles, it turned out to be the perfect location for us. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and only a 15 minute walk to the historic center of Arles. Plus, the property features off-street parking for your car which is difficult to find in central Arles. The house is large, well appointed, clean, and nicely decorated. The photos are accurate. And the owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have both before and during your stay. Highly recommended.
