Summary: Everything was good: services are nice, hotel is reasonably priced, room is clean and fairly large, conveniently location. Only thing NEGATIVE is PARKING: very expensive at $20/night with a half-empty parking lot

Summary: We stayed in a 4-person room for 3 nights as a family of 4. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen and a round table, so we didn't eat out for dinner and instead purchased ready-made meals from a nearby supermarket to eat in our hotel room, which was very economical. The hotel rates were also relatively affordable, which was a plus. The included breakfast was also appreciated. The facilities are old. The refrigerator didn't cool properly, so milk and other items spoiled. However, since the room rate was affordable, I can't complain too much. It was a sufficient hotel for budget-friendly sightseeing in Washington, D.C.

Summary: Stayed here to attend warped tour in DC. Overall a good stay but the bed was so uncomfortable. I barely slept the first night. The mattress felt hard as a rock. The next two nights I slept on the pullout couch and it was much better for comfortability. It’s a bit pricey and you have to pay for parking each night. Breakfast is only 6-9 which is a little ridiculous if you want to sleep in. The TV in the living room was not working. It would stay stuck on one channel and it was hard to change it after scrolling a few channels. The toilet in the second bathroom would run out of water and wouldn’t flush unless you turned the knob at the bottom. Overall, the room served its purpose though as my friend and I weren’t there much and it was easy to access the RFK Stadium by uber. It’s a decent hotel but probably would not stay again.
