Positive: Everything was amazing and comfortable from the moment we arrived until the day we left. First, the reception staff were extremely helpful, cooperative, and always ready to make us feel at home. Their warm welcome and professional attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Second, the food was delicious, varied, and exceptionally well prepared. Every meal offered a wide selection of fresh dishes, all cooked with great care, generosity, and attention to detail. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The gardens and outdoor areas are also attractive and carefully looked after. The swimming pool is large, clean, and perfect for both adults and children. Positive: We spent a wonderful holiday at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and very well organized, while the staff are friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We chose the All-Inclusive package and were extremely satisfied. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied. Every day there was a wide selection of dishes, salads, fruits, desserts, and drinks. The restaurant was well organized, and the staff consistently ensured cleanliness and comfort for all guests. The rooms were clean, regularly serviced, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel grounds also deserve praise – beautiful gardens, clean swimming pools, and a relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. A special mention goes to the beach bar. It was a fantastic place to relax, enjoy refreshing drinks, and take in the beautiful views. The service at the bar was outstanding, and special thanks go to bartender Ali. He was always smiling, friendly, and professional, creating a great atmosphere and making guests feel truly welcome. Positive: Lots of things for kids to do, and we loved the kids disco. There was a little Zoo there which we loved. Not sure if it was intentional as nobody cared that the rabbits, chickens and ducks were just wandering about free. The member of staff serving the ice cream and smoothies was so lovely, would greet us everyday. We didn’t do any excursions as there was enough things to do within the resort. We had a lovely family massage in the spa.

Negative: Not really a dealbreaker as i would go again but more of an observation. There was an overwhelming number of Russian guests so a lot of the entertainment was geared towards them. The entertainment staff were from Kazakhstan and spoke perfect English and were visible and nice but with not many English families there to engage with, we did feel like a minority. Like I said despite this I would still go back.

Positive: Everything is easily accessible, the staff are helpful. Customer relations team and especially their manager - ILHAN was the best thing about the hotel, he was able to help me with a difficult situation and was super professional and understanding.

Negative: The hotel is a bit “tired”

Positive: The facilities were just fantastic! There was something for everyone to enjoy! Pet Zoo, Swimming Pools, Slides, Funfair, Gyms, delicious food, great staff entertainment, Disco and endless food, cocktails & mock tails throughout the days! Friendly staff and cleaners. Our room and views was beautiful!

Negative: The lifts had broken down a few days while we were on holiday. It wasn’t great especially when we had to carry our suitcases in the heat and walk up the stairs after having a good evening out.
