Positive: Good lication. Staffs are are generally good.

Negative: Rooms are not generally cleaned unless you call them. Rooms are stuffy. Previous days left over breakfast was served. Bottle filled water served and not mineral water. They charged me 70/80 dollars a day which seemed expensive comparing to facilities.

Negative: The bed wasn't so confortable and there was no charger in toilet to use the hairdryer and there was no TV, and there was no light button next to the bed

Positive: The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. The air-conditioning was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The room appeared clean and we were offered regular cleaning by staff.

Negative: The room was advertised as having a TV, a mini bar, sockets ner the bed and tea and coffee making facilities. There was a very small tvwhich didn't work, when we enquired about this we were told that the tv coukd only access local channels anyway and wernt offered a solution as to making the tv work. There were no tea and coffee mak8ng facilities but when we did ask we were provided with a new kettle. There was no mini bar but we did have a small fridge. The freezer did not work as there was no door on the freezer section. There were no sockets near the bed. We were provided with an extension lead that ran across the entire room. The sockets on the wall were loose and made a fixing sound when anything was plugged in. On the last day of our stay, I pulled back the sheets on our bed ( 2 x single matresses) to discover that the mattresses were badly stained (blood). Had i have known this earlier we would have moved. We were told that a speedboat from the airport woukd be provided (at a cost) at 3.20pm and that another was scheduled at 6.30am for our departure. We were not provided with any details about who would be meeting us - whether they would have a board with our names or hotel name. We waited at the location provided from 2pm but saw no one with a maafushi sign. Eventually we were informed the boat had left without us and we would need to wait another hour and a half. Upon leaving the accommodation for our return home, we were informed that a speedboat had not in fact been booked for our departure and that we had to pay at the dock. Luckily there was room - if we had waited any longer we would have missed our flight!

Summary: Amazing Island, wonderful people but sadly would not return to same accommodation
