- Beautiful shared swimming pool of 10 x 5 m, not heated but the temperature oscillates between 27 and 30 degrees during the summer thanks to the bubble cover with which it is equipped.
The pool is secured by a protective cover.
- Small private terrace with a table, two chairs and a barbecue.
- Fenced garden shared with the owners with a surface area of 6,000 m², fitted out with garden furniture which is available.
